Sarah is an outstanding organizational development professional and a very engaging and motivating speaker. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Sarah for well over a decade – she was and is one of the thought leaders in the organizational development network in which I belong. Her dedication to learning and community was always evident as she was a champion of connecting that group and working to provide relevant and interesting discussion, dialogue and professional development. I was very excited when I heard that Sarah was starting her company and immediately contracted her talents to facilitate a retreat for my organizations Senior Leadership Team. As well, we worked with her to review our current approach to recognition in the organization and to provide recommendations to improve. As a result, we are changing our recognition approach to make it more timely, relevant and meaningful. To support that transition we had Sarah conduct workshops for leaders to provide them tools and techniques to build a culture of recognition in their departments.
